- Develop and implement comprehensive revenue growth strategies based on market analysis and internal sales data.
- Analyze and optimize pricing strategies in collaboration with Sales teams to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Assess retailer dynamics and consumer behavior to adapt strategies for optimal product placement and sales.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to launch new products that drive revenue growth.
- Ensure cross-functional alignment with sales, marketing, and finance teams to support revenue-generating initiatives.
- Develop and manage pricing budgets and forecasts, addressing deviations proactively.
- Conduct market research to identify new growth opportunities within the German distribution landscape.
- Master’s Degree in Business, Finance/Controlling, or Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an international environment, ideally in RGM or commercial excellence roles.
- Proficiency in Excel and simulation tools.
- Strong presentation skills, both oral and written.
- Fluency in English and German.
- Analytical skills in data analysis and market research.
- Financial acumen in pricing, margins, and budgeting.
- Strategic thinking in developing revenue strategies.
- Knowledge of sales and marketing processes and principles.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Minimum 3 years of experience in an international environment, preferably in a Revenue Growth Management or commercial excellence role.
Master’s Degree in Business, Finance/Controlling, or Engineering.
