Moët Hennessy Revenue Accountant

- Capture, process, and reconcile conditional rebate and FTT settlements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Serve as the Finance Department's functional expert in rebate accounting, collaborating with Senior and Revenue Accountants.
- Conduct due diligence checks for rebate and FTT payment requests, including invoice and bank detail reviews.
- Compute rebate entitlements for the Sales team and collaborate with the RCOE AP team to process payments.
- Perform balance sheet reconciliation with a focus on agreement review with the Revenue Accountant and CF&E team.
- Provide rebate data to CF&E and Sales for commercial reviews and manage weekly duty and excise tax settlement accruals and payments.
- Support Net Sales Income, Inventory/COGS, and Cost of Selling functional areas, developing strong relationships with CF&E and Sales.
- Utilize claim data to influence accrual strategy and become a strategic partner with CF&E and Sales.
- Manage systems utilization (VISTEX) and process management for functional responsibilities.
- Review, streamline, and document procedures continuously, undertaking additional tasks as assigned by Management.
- University degree in Finance & Accounting with a recognized professional accounting qualification (CPA, CA).
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in the fast-moving consumer goods, manufacturing, distribution, or retail sectors.
- Proficiency in SAP (FI) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Ability to establish strong relationships across the business.
- Self-starter with logical, systematic thinking and effective planning skills.
- Strong ethics and integrity with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in relevant fields, with a background in costing within a manufacturing environment being advantageous.
University degree in Finance & Accounting with CPA or CA qualification.
