1. Assist in retail operations to ensure seamless administrative and operational processes at the Moët & Chandon Bar and Veuve Clicquot Boutique.
2. Manage supplier accounts for accurate vendor management.
3. Process internal and external orders across all cost categories.
4. Handle inventory bookings to maintain current stock levels.
5. Review invoices and ensure timely payment approvals.
6. Maintain and manage data in systems such as SAP and Lightspeed.
7. Support inventory planning and execution.
8. Create internal and external reports to track key metrics.
9. Serve as a point of contact for suppliers, internal departments, and stakeholders.
10. Contribute to project organization and implementation, including uniform projects.
11. Develop and maintain process manuals.
12. Assist in personalization projects for product and service customization.
13. Support marketing activities and menu design.

1. Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Logistics, or a related field.
2. Analytical mindset with precision in data handling.
3. Experience in inventory management and order processing.
4. Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is advantageous.
5. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
6. Strong organizational skills and reliability.
7. Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
8. Excellent command of German and English, both written and spoken.
9. Interest in the luxury goods sector.
