Moët Hennessy Retail Operations Intern

- Assist in retail operations to ensure seamless administrative and operational processes at the Moët & Chandon Bar and Veuve Clicquot Boutique.
- Manage supplier accounts for accurate vendor management.
- Process internal and external orders across all cost categories.
- Handle inventory bookings to maintain current stock levels.
- Review invoices and ensure timely payment approvals.
- Maintain and manage data in systems such as SAP and Lightspeed.
- Support inventory planning and execution.
- Create internal and external reports to track key metrics.
- Serve as a point of contact for suppliers, internal departments, and stakeholders.
- Contribute to project organization and implementation, including uniform projects.
- Develop and maintain process manuals.
- Assist in personalization projects for product and service customization.
- Support marketing activities and menu design.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Logistics, or a related field.
- Analytical mindset with precision in data handling.
- Experience in inventory management and order processing.
- Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills and reliability.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Excellent command of German and English, both written and spoken.
- Interest in the luxury goods sector.

Beginner level experience in data management, inventory, and order processing is required. Familiarity with SAP or ERP systems is beneficial.
