- Manage all 360-degree brand activations and customer calendars in Korea, Japan, and Taiwan, in collaboration with sales teams.
- Develop occasion marketing content and consumer engagement experiences for the North Asian market.
- Plan and track activation locations, budgets, and launch dates, showcasing results and footage of activations.
- Support retail operations with consumer journey guidelines and staff training.
- Implement e-commerce strategies, aligning paid media and social plans with e-commerce initiatives.
- Lead high-profile customer events, including VIP sessions and store openings.
- Oversee pop-up activations, managing location, offers, budget, and consumer engagement.
- Develop CRM programs with key Korean retailers and establish best practices for other markets.
- Ensure offline merchandising visibility and store maintenance, updating brand assets and visuals.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including regional and local teams, to ensure smooth operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in marketing within FMCG, luxury, or travel retail industries.
- Fluency in Korean and English; proficiency in Chinese is advantageous.
- Proven project management expertise.
- Strong understanding of retail and consumer experience.
- Ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in marketing within the FMCG, luxury, or travel retail industries.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
