Moët Hennessy Reporting & Finance Intern

- Assist the Finance and Reporting Team in managing the annual internal control campaign across Benelux entities.
- Monitor monthly internal control activities, including exception reports and action plans.
- Support the development of tools and templates to enhance internal control practices.
- Aid the Finance and Customer Service teams in reviewing client balances and monitoring overdue payments.
- Prepare documentation for internal credit reviews and update credit status tracking files.
- Collect and organize financial documentation and audit files.
- Contribute to the update and improvement of process documentation.
- Assist with internal projects such as template redesigns, database updates, and team presentations.
- Participate in all monthly reporting activities, including group financial data submission.
- Contribute to budget and forecast processes with input on DSO, bad debt, and balance sheet.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in French or Dutch is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and teamwork capability.
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliability.
- Interest in the luxury or Wines & Spirits industry.
No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
