1. Assist the Finance and Reporting Team in managing the annual internal control campaign across Benelux entities.
2. Monitor monthly internal control activities, including exception reports and action plans.
3. Support the development of tools and templates to enhance internal control practices.
4. Aid the Finance and Customer Service teams in reviewing client balances and monitoring overdue payments.
5. Prepare documentation for internal credit reviews and update credit status tracking files.
6. Collect and organize financial documentation and audit files.
7. Contribute to the update and improvement of process documentation.
8. Assist with internal projects such as template redesigns, database updates, and team presentations.
9. Participate in all monthly reporting activities, including group financial data submission.
10. Contribute to budget and forecast processes with input on DSO, bad debt, and balance sheet.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
2. Fluency in English; proficiency in French or Dutch is advantageous.

2. Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and teamwork capability.
3. Organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliability.
4. Interest in the luxury or Wines & Spirits industry.
