1. Transfer the Export database 'MH Library' to SharePoint, ensuring data integrity and user information accuracy across various Houses and markets.
2. Conduct a comprehensive audit of the 'MH Library' database, design and implement a clear and effective new nomenclature, and create instructional '1-pager' documents to explain export document processes and nomenclature to users.
3. Develop an 'export playbook' tool to synthesize the registration processes of wines and spirits in export destination countries.
4. Actively support the preparation of product registration dossiers.

1. Currently enrolled in an engineering school or scientific program.

1. Customer service orientation and client focus.
2. Attention to detail and rigor.
3. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
4. Ability to work in a structured and organized manner.
5. Strong knowledge of IT tools and effective communication skills to tailor presentations to different audiences.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Currently enrolled in an engineering or scientific program.
