- Prospect and expand the client base within the restaurant and hotel sectors, conducting regular outreach activities.
- Enhance the premium distribution and sales, increasing profitability across the sales territory.
- Negotiate and implement initiatives to boost brand visibility and advocacy in alignment with commercial priorities.
- Analyze sector performance and provide strategic recommendations to improve brand performance.
- Ensure compliance with sales terms, including client solvency and payment deadlines, and manage client payments.
- Manage quotas and budgets, including expenses, samples, and POS materials, within defined parameters.
- Identify and execute business growth strategies, monitoring results.
- Report market insights and competitor activities to the Regional Director.
- Complete activity reporting using Salesforce.
- Minimum 3 years of commercial experience in the hospitality sector (CHR).
- Strong interest and experience in sales.
- Knowledge of wines and spirits is advantageous.
- Dynamic and results-oriented with a strong sales acumen.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and team collaboration abilities.
A minimum of 3 years in a commercial role within the hospitality sector is required.
