- Implement action plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ensure optimal implementation of trade marketing tools for resale.
- Optimize product sales and resale.
- Prospect Off-Trade accounts within the sector.
- Ensure the negotiated product range is referenced in all stores and expand presence through additional listings.
- Enhance product visibility and accessibility in stores.
- Amplify national merchandising plans to highlight the unique and premium nature of brands.
- Effectively utilize trade marketing tools in-store to create the best customer experience.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns aligning with the high-end brand image.
- Collaborate with regional directors and headquarters to align national promotional initiatives with local execution.
- Negotiate with store managers for prime product placement.
- Acquire in-depth product knowledge to educate stakeholders effectively.
- Provide product training and support to enhance stakeholder skills.
- Monitor trends and competition, recommending additional business opportunities to the Regional Director.
- Recommend continuous improvement opportunities in operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with general sales conditions.
- Successful experience as a Sales Representative, ideally in the wine and spirits sector or equivalent.
- Ability to analyze commercial performance and track key indicators.
- Strong market knowledge, including customer expectations and premium products.
- Innate salesmanship with a keen sense of merchandising and customer advice.
- Capability to plan and deploy effective promotional actions aligned with field objectives.
- Excellence in client relations, building sustainable partnerships and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- Proficiency in public speaking for sales, training, or knowledge transfer.
- Mastery of marketing fundamentals and sales techniques, adaptable to the sector.
- Teamwork and effective collaboration with support services (marketing, logistics, finance).
- Strong persuasive ability, essential for successful prospecting and direct sales.
Minimum of 5 years in a relevant field.
Company car provided. Must possess a valid driver's license and be at least 21 years old.
