Moët Hennessy Regional Sales Manager - On Trade

- Develop and expand the client portfolio and sales revenue within the designated sector, focusing on both Direct and Indirect clients.
- Negotiate and implement strategic actions and operations to enhance brand visibility and endorsement in alignment with commercial priorities.
- Analyze sector performance and propose actionable recommendations to optimize brand performance.
- Ensure compliance with general sales conditions, including solvency and legal payment terms, and manage client collections.
- Manage quotas and budgets, including expenses, samples, and POSM, within defined parameters.
- Identify and implement effective business levers and monitor resultant outcomes.
- Report market insights, competitor activities, and operational strategies to the Regional Director.
- Conduct activity reporting using Salesforce.
- Focus on developing hotel and festive group networks as a key sector advantage.
- Travel within the Savoie department as required, with overnight stays anticipated.
- Minimum of 5 years of commercial experience in the hospitality sector (CHR).
- Strong knowledge of wines and spirits.
- Familiarity with the Alps region and its business network.
- Fluency in English is advantageous.
- Dynamic and sales-driven with a strong result-oriented approach.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
- Proficient in Salesforce and other CRM tools.
A minimum of 5 years in a commercial role within the hospitality industry, with a focus on sales and client development.
Company car provided; driving license (Permis B) required.
