Moët Hennessy Regional Off-Trade Sales Manager

- Design and implement the regional Off‑Trade commercial strategy in alignment with national objectives to maximize Sell‑In, Sell‑Out, margins and market share across the VDM region.
- Lead, coach and develop the regional sales team, instilling a high‑performance culture and ensuring flawless commercial execution.
- Manage and deepen relationships with key Off‑Trade customers, securing advantageous commercial terms, optimal portfolio visibility and long‑term business development.
- Oversee in‑store activations and execution plans to guarantee perfect visibility, availability and compliance with brand guidelines at point of sale.
- Analyse commercial performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities and deploy data‑driven initiatives that increase profitability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum five years’ commercial experience in alcoholic beverages or the luxury sector, with proven results.
- Demonstrated experience managing key accounts within specialist retail channels (e.g., Alianza, La Europea, Prissa) and Modern Trade / self‑service.
- Advanced negotiation skills and ability to secure strategic trade agreements.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
