- Apply merchandising, agency knowledge, and A&P marketing skills to projects.
- Conduct market benchmarking and attend industry conferences.

- Foster relationships with the MH and LVMH purchasing communities.
- Ensure compliance throughout the purchasing process.
- Launch RFQs, analyze results, and negotiate with suppliers.
- Manage schedules and goals with project management skills.
- Organize business reviews and supplier evaluations.
- Review and manage contracts, ensuring proactive tracking of key contracts.
- Focus on marketing projects, with some supply chain, IT, and general expenses.
- Maintain a synthetic vision of market categories and industry trends.
- Manage agency and supplier panels, addressing quality or delay issues.
- Engage regularly with key stakeholders to align on budgets and objectives.
- Promote innovation and lead category-related initiatives.
- Participate in or lead transversal projects.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in purchasing functions with a marketing focus.
- Experience with event agencies and retail.
- Proven ability to collaborate with global and international teams.
- Proficiency in SAP.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-oriented approach.
- Proactive and autonomous self-starter.
- Strong team player with influencing skills.
- Experience in Southeast Asia or regional roles is advantageous.
- Excellent analytical and database management skills.
- Leadership qualities with a focus on compliance, integrity, and sustainability.
