1. Collaborate with market stakeholders and budget owners to optimize sourcing processes, focusing on A&P, POSM, and indirect purchasing.
2. Develop and implement purchasing strategies by category, ensuring alignment with internal clients and strategic goals.
3. Conduct market analysis to enhance purchasing conditions, aiming to increase competitiveness and profitability.
4. Lead the RFP and contract negotiation processes in collaboration with internal clients.
5. Design and manage KPI dashboards, conduct supplier evaluations, and manage supplier databases.
6. Coordinate vendor qualification and CSR management, including EcoVadis and carbon footprint monitoring.
7. Ensure compliance with purchasing policies and stay informed about relevant regulations.
8. Deliver value through purchasing strategies, supplier relationship management, and cost optimization.
9. Provide information to internal customers and manage ad hoc projects as assigned.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in purchasing, particularly in marketing spend areas such as PR, Social/Events, POSM, and VM.
2. Bachelor's degree in Purchasing or equivalent experience.
3. Fluency in English, Korean, and Mandarin.

1. Strong knowledge of purchasing processes and contract management.
2. Experience in vendor qualification and CSR monitoring.
3. Ability to work independently and manage stakeholders effectively.
4. Customer and results-oriented with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
5. Creative, open-minded, and diplomatic team player.
