- Assist the Purchasing Manager for the Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Baltics, and Nordics markets in executing the complete purchasing process for marketing and communication projects.
- Conduct market research to enhance and optimize the supplier portfolio and purchasing conditions.
- Manage supplier relationships, including evaluations and business reviews.
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to assess and improve internal processes and supplier performance.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
- Fluency in English and German.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in IT tools such as Excel, E-sourcing platforms (e.g., Ariba), MS Office, and SAP.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A foundational experience in purchasing, such as a trainee or apprentice role, with a solid understanding of purchasing processes and basic marketing knowledge.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
Engagement in diverse and stimulating projects from the outset, with exposure to a prestigious international team and luxury brands. The role offers a full-time commitment of 38.5 hours per week over a six-month period.
