- Assist the Purchasing Manager for Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Baltics, and Nordics in executing the full purchasing process for marketing and communication projects, including needs formalization, supplier sourcing, tender execution, offer analysis, negotiation, and contract management.
- Conduct market benchmarking and scouting to optimize the supplier portfolio and purchasing conditions in terms of cost and service level.
- Manage supplier relationships, including evaluations and business reviews.
- Design and manage KPI dashboards to measure and enhance the performance of internal processes and suppliers.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
- Fluency in English and German.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in IT tools such as Excel, E-sourcing tools like Ariba, MS Office, and SAP.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and autonomous mindset.
- High levels of energy, drive, motivation, integrity, and trust.
A preliminary experience in purchasing, such as a trainee or apprentice role, with a solid understanding of purchasing processes and basic marketing knowledge.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
Active involvement in diverse tasks from the outset, exposure to an international team, and engagement with prestigious luxury brands. The position offers a 38.5-hour workweek over a 6-month period, fostering a dynamic and inclusive work environment.
