- Act as a representative of the Replenishment Manager to distributors within a defined scope.
- Monitor, action, and measure performance on transportation, both domestic and international.
- Execute supply and financial strategy, including pre-PI and landing.
- Apply supply chain knowledge to communicate critical customer-related needs to business stakeholders.
- Drive awareness of regional sales programming and marketing activities, providing recommendations to support business and sales goals.
- Partner with distributor teams to understand forecasts and seasonal commercial strategies, applying data to order planning.
- Serve as the single point of contact for customer service for distributors and the commercial team.
- Communicate sales targets consistently to both external and internal teams.
- Maintain open communication with distributors to review order status, open allocations, and supply constraints.
- Analyze and prescribe necessary supply to meet business forecasts.
- Build proactive partnerships with distributors, guiding monthly order flow planning.
- Optimize route to market for all orders, evaluating efficiencies in sourcing and order exceptions.
- Analyze product availability to determine the optimum mix and flow of goods, communicating seasonal offerings to distributors.
- Ensure alignment of orders with consumption vs. target plans to maximize depletion.
- Control successful and accurate delivery of all orders, resolving issues as necessary.
- Bachelor's degree or MBA, or equivalent experience.
- 2-3 years of experience in operations or supply chain.
- Experience working with distributors/customers in a B2B environment.
- Familiarity with the wines and spirits 3-tier system preferred.
- Strong understanding of supply chain mechanics.

2-3 years of experience in operations or supply chain, with a preference for experience in the wines and spirits industry.
