- Act as a representative of the Replenishment Manager to distributors within a defined scope.
- Monitor, action, and measure performance on transportation, both domestic and international.
- Execute supply and financial strategies, including pre-PI and landing processes.
- Apply supply chain knowledge to communicate critical customer-related needs to business stakeholders.
- Partner with distributor teams to understand forecasts and seasonal strategies, applying data to order planning.
- Serve as the single point of contact for customer service for distributor and commercial teams.
- Communicate sales targets to both external and internal teams.
- Drive open communication with distributors to review order status, allocations, and logistics constraints.
- Analyze and prescribe necessary supply to meet business forecasts.
- Build proactive partnerships with distributors to plan monthly order flow.
- Optimize routes to market and evaluate efficiencies in sourcing and order exceptions.
- Analyze product availability and communicate seasonal offerings to distributors.
- Control successful, accurate delivery of all orders and resolve issues as necessary.
- Bachelor’s Degree or MBA, or equivalent experience.
- 2-3 years of experience in Operations or Supply Chain with progressive responsibility.
- Experience in a B2B environment, working closely with distributors and customers.
- Familiarity with the wines and spirits three-tier system is preferred.
- Solid understanding of supply chain mechanics, including forecasting and inventory management.
- Exceptional customer service focus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized and autonomous with multitasking abilities.
- Strong prioritization skills and time management.
- Keen attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
