Moët Hennessy Public Affairs Apprentice — Responsible Consumption & Global Policy

- Support daily activities of the Public Affairs team on responsible consumption, including responsible advertising, consumer information and related campaigns; help implement Group commitments and internal coordination (≈50%).
- Monitor public policy developments internationally: conduct desk research, maintain issue mapping and prepare briefing notes (≈20%).
- Prepare advocacy materials — concise policy briefs, position papers and PowerPoint presentations — for internal and external stakeholders (≈15%).
- Provide logistical and organisational support for meetings, events and stakeholder visits; contribute to internal coordination across departments (≈15%).
- Attend internal and external meetings, draft minutes and follow up on assigned actions; ensure accurate record-keeping of policy trackers and position documents.
- Master’s degree (in progress or completed) in Public Affairs, Public Law, Political Science or a closely related discipline.
- Excellent written and spoken proficiency in French and English.
- Good knowledge of European institutions and multilateral organisations.
- Familiarity with at least one of the following: project management, self-regulation frameworks, responsible advertising or rules governing alcoholic beverage advertising.
- Strong synthesis and drafting skills, rigorous approach, autonomy and adaptability.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, team orientation and situational intelligence.
- Previous experience or internships in wines & spirits, public affairs or regulatory environments is a plus.

Entry-level apprenticeship: suitable for candidates at master’s level or recent graduates with internships or coursework in public affairs, regulatory policy, sustainability or related fields. Previous practical experience in public affairs or the wines & spirits sector is advantageous but not required.
Master’s degree (in progress or completed) in Public Affairs, Public Law, Political Science or a related discipline.
