1. Assist in IT and operations transformation projects under the supervision of the Operations Manager.
2. Support the automation of order-taking processes, including conducting meetings and drafting minutes.
3. Develop action plans and co-facilitate workshops with IT project managers.
4. Participate in testing phases and provide user support through training and hyper care.
5. Engage in additional key projects such as supplier integration and logistics implementation.

1. Master's degree or equivalent in business or engineering with a focus on project management.
2. Fluency in French and English is mandatory.

1. Excellent synthesis and planning abilities.
2. Proactive and team-oriented approach.
3. Interest in information systems.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Familiarity with ERP systems, ideally SAP and its APO module.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
