1. Develop the brand strategy and marketing plan to ensure brand growth and strengthen market position.
2. Provide commercial and consumer insights based on market trends and performance analysis.
3. Execute comprehensive brand plans across all touchpoints, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
4. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for seamless execution of brand plans.
5. Evaluate performance of brand activations and propose strategic improvements.
6. Monitor and manage marketing budget to ensure efficient resource use.
7. Champion brand knowledge within and beyond the organization.

1. Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Engineering.
2. Fluency in English and Spanish; French is advantageous.

2. Strong understanding of sales dynamics and customer engagement.
3. Capability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
4. Leadership and influence in cross-functional team settings.
5. Effective communication and brand representation skills.

Minimum of 5 years in marketing and/or trade marketing roles, preferably within consumer goods. Experience in the wine industry is advantageous.

Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Engineering.
