- Develop the brand strategy and marketing plan to ensure brand growth and strengthen market position.
- Provide commercial and consumer insights based on market trends and performance analysis.
- Execute comprehensive brand plans across all touchpoints, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for seamless execution of brand plans.
- Evaluate performance of brand activations and propose strategic improvements.
- Monitor and manage marketing budget to ensure efficient resource use.
- Champion brand knowledge within and beyond the organization.
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Engineering.
- Fluency in English and Spanish; French is advantageous.
- Ability to analyze market trends and consumer insights.
- Strong understanding of sales dynamics and customer engagement.
- Capability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Leadership and influence in cross-functional team settings.
- Effective communication and brand representation skills.
Minimum of 5 years in marketing and/or trade marketing roles, preferably within consumer goods. Experience in the wine industry is advantageous.
Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Engineering.
