- Assist the Private Sales team in planning, coordinating, and executing events.
- Liaise with Maisons for client visits, wine tours, and restaurant reservations to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Coordinate with Maisons and external agencies for the execution of key events and launches, including tasting sessions and dinners.
- Prepare event communication materials and manage collateral printings and POSM deliveries.
- Coordinate restaurant reservations and the delivery of tasting bottles.
- Manage client seasonal gifting in collaboration with various parties.
- Support sales and marketing activities, including maintaining stock and product catalog lists.
- Assist in planning marketing activities and product launch projects.
- Support sales processing, including purchase orders and invoices, and manage deliveries.
- Conduct market research on competitor pricing, parallel import pricing, and market trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong interpersonal skills for team and cross-functional collaboration.
- Proactive, highly motivated, and creative with the ability to respond quickly and effectively.
- Detail-oriented and results-driven.
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
