1. Assist the Private Sales team in planning, coordinating, and executing events.
2. Liaise with Maisons for client visits, wine tours, and restaurant reservations to ensure seamless client experiences.
3. Coordinate with Maisons and external agencies for the execution of key events and launches, including tasting sessions and dinners.
4. Prepare event communication materials, collateral printings, and POSM deliveries.
5. Manage restaurant reservations and the delivery of tasting bottles.
6. Coordinate seasonal gifting for clients.
7. Support with stock and product catalog lists.
8. Assist in planning marketing activities and product launch projects.
9. Aid the Private Sales team in sales processing, including purchase orders and invoices, and deliveries.
10. Conduct market research on competitor pricing, parallel import pricing, and market trends.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
2. Strong interpersonal skills for teamwork and cross-functional operations.
3. Proactive, highly motivated, and creative with the ability to respond quickly and effectively.
4. Attention to detail and results-oriented.
5. Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
6. Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
