- Update the CRM database (Engage) with the latest sales data.
- Create key points of attention to position MH Private at the forefront of clients' minds, such as sending cards or gifts for key client birthdays and celebrations.
- Develop a visual catalog of Private Sales.
- Update Private Sales price lists and the new catalog with current products and prices.
- Create and share digital communications targeted to clients on predefined platforms.
- Plan and execute referrals of Point of Sale (POP) material and giveaways.
- Collaborate with the Private Client Director (PCD) to implement commercial strategies targeting High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI).
- Create dedicated offers for key celebration periods in collaboration with the PCD.
- Follow up on business relationships, including invoicing, delivery, and after-sales support.
- Collaborate with the Private Client Director and team to create and implement tailored customer experiences.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in progress (5th semester onwards).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong social and networking skills rooted in the local community.
- Customer-centric approach with the ability to identify opportunities and provide solutions.
- Proven ability to quickly detect, analyze, and solve problems.
- Solid listening skills and ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
- Strong emphasis on compliance, integrity, and social sustainability.
- Network or relationships within the Mexican HNWI consumer market is advantageous.
Beginner level experience is required.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in progress (5th semester onwards).
