- Develop and execute a sales strategy targeting Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWI) and VIPs to drive business growth.
- Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities for business development and recommend actions for brand initiatives.
- Cultivate strong relationships with premium partners to recruit new UHNWI and private clients.
- Achieve budgeted sales turnover, profitability ratios, and brand awareness KPIs.
- Propose brand solutions aligned with pricing, visibility, and resource parameters.
- Represent the brand portfolio through event hosting and personal introductions, delivering a credible and confident brand message.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in private client management within luxury retail or luxury alcoholic industries.
- Established networks with UHNWI and VIPs and a deep appreciation for quality, luxury, and brands.
- Strong commercial acumen and entrepreneurial spirit to identify and exploit commercial opportunities.
- Independent yet collaborative team player, self-motivated, customer-focused, and results-oriented.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to manage key stakeholders across global, regional, and local markets.
- Creative and lateral thinking with strong planning and implementation abilities.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in other Asian languages is highly preferred.
Minimum of 5 years in private client management within luxury retail or luxury alcoholic industries.
