- Assist the Private Sales team in planning, coordinating, and executing events.
- Liaise with Maisons for client visits, wine tours, and restaurant reservations to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Coordinate with Maisons and external agencies for the execution of key events and product launches.
- Prepare event communication materials and manage collateral printings and POSM deliveries.
- Coordinate restaurant reservations and delivery of tasting bottles.
- Manage client seasonal gifting coordination.
- Support sales and marketing activities, including stock and product catalog management.
- Assist in sales processing, including purchase orders and invoices.
- Conduct market research on competitor pricing and market trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong interpersonal skills for team and cross-functional collaboration.
- Proactive and highly motivated with a creative mindset.
- Attention to detail and results-oriented approach.
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Chinese proficiency is a plus.
