1. Facilitate seamless communication and integration with relevant departments to meet client expectations and ensure timely deliveries.
2. Collaborate closely with colleagues to enhance cooperation and efficiency.
3. Organize and manage back-end information to support the sales team effectively.
4. Process invoices and purchase orders for the Private Client team, adhering to budget and compliance guidelines.
5. Assist in the execution of luxury bespoke events for the Private Client network.
6. Lead administrative tasks for the Private Client channel, including database maintenance, A&P management, proposal preparation, reporting, inventory management, and gifting opportunities.
7. Prepare communication materials and support sales decks for product releases.
8. Compile monthly reports to analyze brand and competitor performance, providing insights to identify growth opportunities.
9. Maintain the Shopify platform (Maison One) for direct-to-consumer sales, including account creation, inventory management, and product updates.
10. Coordinate with the Prestige Marketing Team and event agencies to plan and execute key events and client tasting sessions.
11. Support and coordinate prestigious client experiences such as private wine tastings, dining events, and winery visits to drive sales.
12. Assist clients in processing orders via Customer Service or Shopify, ensuring accuracy in pricing and seamless delivery.
13. Respond promptly and accurately to customer queries, maintaining the highest quality standards.
14. Liaise with Logistics Providers to ensure full and timely deliveries.
15. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Credit, and Logistics teams to identify and resolve potential issues in the customer service journey for Private Clients.
16. Provide technical advice to customers on navigating the ordering process.

1. 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, account management, brand experience/management, or customer service.
2. Strong aptitude for event coordination and administrative duties.
3. Sound knowledge and understanding of the luxury sector, with a passion for wine and spirits being advantageous.
4. Proven track record in consistently delivering results and meeting challenging deadlines.
5. Ability to manage and negotiate with various stakeholders and clients.
