Moët Hennessy Private Client Executive

- Facilitate seamless communication and integration with relevant departments to meet client expectations and ensure timely deliveries.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues to enhance cooperation and efficiency.
- Organize and manage back-end information to support the sales team effectively.
- Process invoices and purchase orders for the Private Client team, adhering to budget and compliance guidelines.
- Assist in the execution of luxury bespoke events for the Private Client network.
- Lead administrative tasks for the Private Client channel, including database maintenance, A&P management, proposal preparation, reporting, inventory management, and gifting opportunities.
- Prepare communication materials and support sales decks for product releases.
- Compile monthly reports to analyze brand and competitor performance, providing insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain the Shopify platform (Maison One) for direct-to-consumer sales, including account creation, inventory management, and product updates.
- Coordinate with the Prestige Marketing Team and event agencies to plan and execute key events and client tasting sessions.
- Support and coordinate prestigious client experiences such as private wine tastings, dining events, and winery visits to drive sales.
- Assist clients in processing orders via Customer Service or Shopify, ensuring accuracy in pricing and seamless delivery.
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer queries, maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Liaise with Logistics Providers to ensure full and timely deliveries.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Credit, and Logistics teams to identify and resolve potential issues in the customer service journey for Private Clients.
- Provide technical advice to customers on navigating the ordering process.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, account management, brand experience/management, or customer service.
- Strong aptitude for event coordination and administrative duties.
- Sound knowledge and understanding of the luxury sector, with a passion for wine and spirits being advantageous.
- Proven track record in consistently delivering results and meeting challenging deadlines.
- Ability to manage and negotiate with various stakeholders and clients.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for team and cross-functional collaboration.
- Result-oriented with a focus on achieving objectives.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proactive and highly motivated, with the ability to respond quickly and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to entertain and assist in closing deals, ensuring appropriate follow-up.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, account management, brand experience/management, or customer service.
