Moët Hennessy Performance Marketing Manager

- Lead the Amazon media plan, collaborating with UK brand teams, Global E-Business teams, and Maisons across DSP, Sponsored Ads, Streaming TV, and emerging formats.
- Develop brand-building campaigns on Amazon DSP to expand reach and attract new consumers, enhancing premium equity.
- Utilize Amazon Marketing Cloud for improved multi-touch attribution and consumer journey analysis, implementing data-driven optimization.
- Collaborate with Maison and UK brand teams to align marketing budgets and campaigns with Amazon's full-funnel capabilities and other e-retail media.
- Partner with senior e-KAM to synchronize marketing investment with availability, content readiness, and joint business plans.
- Cultivate relationships with Amazon’s media, measurement, and category teams.
- Ensure optimal channel mix across paid search, display, Amazon CRM, on-site activations, programmatic, social commerce, and shopper marketing.
- Develop multi-channel plans balancing commercial performance with Maison brand objectives.
- Manage budget allocation across partners and channels to maximize ROI and sustainable growth.
- Guide agencies to deliver continuous optimization, efficiency, and innovation.
- Oversee digital campaign activation on Amazon and other e-retailer platforms using Amazon Ads, Pacvue, Citrus, and other tools.
- Ensure creative assets reflect Maison standards and premium positioning, working with the Digital Content and Activations team.
- Collaborate with UK and global digital content and creative teams, brand teams, and external agencies to deliver top-tier content.
- Establish KPIs for brand and commercial outcomes across all retail media.
- Analyze campaign performance using Amazon tools and broader analytics platforms.
- Present monthly and quarterly performance reviews to senior leadership.
- Identify growth opportunities, drive test-and-learn roadmaps, and recommend strategic changes.
- Fluent in English; French is advantageous.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in performance marketing, retail media, or e-commerce, ideally with premium brands, FMCG, or luxury.
- Proven experience managing full-funnel campaigns, particularly on Amazon Media, including Amazon DSP, Sponsored Ads, and Amazon Marketing Cloud.
- Demonstrated ability to design and optimize upper-funnel campaigns to expand brand reach and attract new consumers.
- Experience collaborating with media agencies, retail media networks, and third-party service providers, delivering efficiency and measurable results.
- Strong track record in developing and optimizing product content, data feeds, and retail search.
- Expert-level understanding of web and retail analytics tools such as GA4, Adobe Analytics, AMC, and Amazon Brand Analytics.
- Innovative with strong leadership skills and team orientation.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
- Deep knowledge of the interactive and digital space and business trends.
- Interest in the wine & spirits category and developing online customer-centric experiences.
- Data and technology savvy with strong analytical skills.
- Proactive and capable of operating autonomously.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum of 5 years in performance marketing, retail media, or e-commerce, with a focus on premium brands, FMCG, or luxury sectors.
