1. Lead and manage end-to-end payroll and tax operations across 14 APAC countries, ensuring precision and timeliness.
2. Administer leave systems, updating configurations in line with policy changes.
3. Oversee vendor management, enhancing service quality.
4. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
5. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within payroll processes.
6. Address compliance queries from audits or statutory bodies, maintaining high standards.
7. Participate in projects aimed at optimizing service delivery through automation and lean concepts.

1. Minimum of six years of experience in payroll operations, particularly in Japan and ideally in Korea and China.
2. Proficiency in Japanese and English, with additional languages such as Korean and Chinese being advantageous.
3. Strong knowledge of payroll and tax regulations in APAC countries.

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to manage vendor relationships effectively.
4. Proactive and inquisitive nature, with a focus on continuous improvement.
5. Familiarity with SuccessFactors, Concur, and SAP is beneficial.
