- Serve as the subject matter expert for payroll operations across 14 APAC countries, ensuring precision and timeliness.
- Execute end-to-end payroll and tax processes, including payroll processing, salary payments, tax filings, and financial reporting.
- Administer leave systems, updating configurations in line with policy changes.
- Manage vendor relationships to enhance service quality.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance payroll efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with audits and statutory requirements.
- Participate in projects aimed at optimizing service delivery through automation and process improvement.
- Minimum of six years of experience in Payroll Operations, particularly in Malaysia and Singapore.
- Strong analytical skills and strategic mindset for problem-solving.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a drive for innovation and change management.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in managing vendor relationships.
- Commitment to confidentiality and integrity in task completion.
- Comprehensive knowledge of payroll and tax regulations in APAC countries.
- Fluency in English.
