1. Independently manage and execute scalable, precise, and timely payroll operations across 14 APAC countries, ensuring business continuity and service level adherence.
2. Oversee end-to-end payroll and tax execution, including payroll processing, salary payments, tax filing, and coordination with finance for funding and journal entries.
3. Administer leave systems and update configurations in accordance with policy changes.
4. Evaluate and enhance vendor service quality through effective vendor management.
5. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
6. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance payroll processes within company guidelines.
7. Address queries from audits or statutory bodies, maintaining compliance standards.
8. Participate in projects aimed at optimizing service delivery through automation and lean concepts.

1. Minimum of six years of experience in payroll operations, particularly in Malaysia and Singapore.
2. Strong analytical skills and strategic mindset for problem-solving.
3. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Proficiency in managing vendor relationships.
5. Commitment to confidentiality and discretion.
6. In-depth knowledge of payroll and tax regulations in APAC countries.
7. Fluency in English.
