- Lead and manage end-to-end payroll operations for 14 APAC countries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in payroll processing, tax filing, and financial reporting.
- Administer leave systems, updating configurations in line with policy changes.
- Oversee vendor management, enhancing service quality and maintaining strong partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within payroll processes to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with audits and statutory requirements, addressing any queries effectively.
- Participate in projects aimed at optimizing service delivery through automation and lean methodologies.
- Minimum of six years of experience in Payroll Operations, particularly within Malaysia and Singapore.
- Proven expertise in managing complex payroll systems and processes.
- Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and strategic planning.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster teamwork and build relationships.
- Proficiency in managing vendor relationships and driving process improvements.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Familiarity with SuccessFactors, Concur, and SAP is advantageous.
Candidates must possess a minimum of six years of experience in payroll operations, with specific expertise in the Malaysian and Singaporean contexts.
