1. Drive scalable, precise, and timely payroll operations for 14 APAC countries.
2. Execute end-to-end payroll and tax processes, including payroll processing, salary payments, tax filing, and financial reporting.
3. Administer leave systems and update configurations with policy changes.
4. Manage vendor relationships and improve service quality.
5. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
6. Innovate and refine payroll processes for greater efficiency.
7. Address queries from audits or statutory bodies to maintain compliance.
8. Participate in projects to optimize service delivery through automation.

1. Minimum six years of experience in Payroll Operations, specifically in Malaysia and Singapore.
2. Good knowledge of payroll and tax regulations in APAC countries.
3. Fluency in English.
