- Independently manage and optimize day-to-day operations for employee lifecycle events, including background checks, onboarding, probation confirmation, offboarding, and temporary contracts.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates of employee data and profiles.
- Generate and archive employment-related documents and letters.
- Oversee benefits operations, including medical and insurance renewals, retirement plan management, and leave administration.
- Manage end-to-end mobility processes for expatriates and one-way move employees, coordinating with relocation companies and handling visa processes.
- Support various reporting needs, including headcount, vacancies, mobility, and statutory reporting.
- Participate in projects to enhance service delivery through automation and lean concepts.
- Provide additional support to local HR services as needed, ensuring smooth operations.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR shared services or related fields.
- Proven ability to manage complex problems with a strategic mindset.
- Strong vendor management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and inquisitive nature with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Dedication to maintaining confidentiality and integrity.
- Familiarity with SuccessFactors, Concur, and SAP is advantageous.
