- Serve as the subject matter expert, independently managing scalable day-to-day operations in employee lifecycle events, data management, document management, benefits operations, and mobility.
- Ensure business continuity, continuous improvements, and adherence to service levels while maintaining up-to-date process documentation.
- Manage end-to-end processes for background checks, pre-onboarding, probation confirmation, offboarding, and temporary contracts.
- Update employees’ profiles accurately and in a timely manner.
- Generate employment-related letters and archive personal and employment-related documents.
- Oversee medical and insurance renewals, retirement plan enrolment, leave system administration, and reward programs.
- Coordinate expatriate mobility processes, including assignment letters, relocation, visa processing, and repatriation.
- Support headcount, vacancies, mobility, social, and statutory reporting.
- Participate in projects to optimize service delivery through automation and lean concepts.
- Provide additional support to local markets as needed, ensuring smooth HR operations.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR shared services or related fields.
- Strong analytical skills and strategic mindset for problem-solving.
- Exceptional communication skills and interpersonal finesse.
- Experience in managing vendor relationships.
- Proactive and inquisitive nature with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Commitment to task completion with confidentiality and discretion.
- Familiarity with SuccessFactors, Concur, and SAP is advantageous.
