- Design, operationalize, and execute key governance areas to ensure scalable operations and strategic alignment of services.
- Optimize the service catalog by planning capacity and measuring service levels to enhance employee experience.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field.
- Expertise in payroll IT systems and efficiency improvements.
- Strong IT acumen with proficiency in leveraging technology for process enhancement.
- Proficiency in project management, particularly in IT projects related to payroll systems.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing and optimizing payroll IT systems, with a focus on process automation, data integrity, and compliance.
