- Design, operationalize, and execute key governance areas to ensure scalable operations and strategic alignment of services.
- Optimize the service catalog by planning capacity and measuring service levels to enhance employee experience.
- Act as the escalation point for complex challenges, conducting root cause analysis and delivering solutions to minimize disruptions.
- Drive automation and process streamlining through digital solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Develop and implement vendor performance management strategies to optimize service delivery and ensure compliance.
- Manage the intake and transformation of service requests, prioritizing and executing changes to enhance HR experience.
- Design and implement a metrics and reporting framework to provide actionable insights for data-driven decision-making.
- Lead or participate in projects that optimize People Services delivery through automation and continuous improvement.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field.
- Expertise in payroll IT systems and efficiency improvements.
- Strong IT acumen with proficiency in leveraging technology for process enhancement.
- Proficiency in project management, particularly in IT projects related to payroll systems.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing and optimizing payroll IT systems, with a focus on process automation, data integrity, and compliance.
