1. Design, operationalize, and execute key governance areas to ensure scalable operations and strategic alignment of services.
2. Optimize the service catalog by planning capacity and measuring service levels to enhance employee experience.
3. Act as the escalation point for complex challenges, conducting root cause analysis and delivering solutions to minimize disruptions.
4. Drive automation and process streamlining through digital solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
5. Develop and implement vendor performance management strategies to optimize service delivery and ensure compliance.
6. Manage the intake and transformation of service requests, prioritizing and executing changes to enhance HR experience.
7. Design and implement a metrics and reporting framework to provide actionable insights for data-driven decision-making.
8. Lead or participate in projects that optimize People Services delivery through automation and continuous improvement.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field.

1. Expertise in payroll IT systems and efficiency improvements.
2. Strong IT acumen with proficiency in leveraging technology for process enhancement.
3. Proficiency in project management, particularly in IT projects related to payroll systems.
4. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing and optimizing payroll IT systems, with a focus on process automation, data integrity, and compliance.
