- Lead the design and execution of key governance areas, ensuring scalable operations and strategic alignment.
- Optimize the service catalog, plan capacity, and measure service levels to enhance the employee experience.
- Serve as the escalation point for complex challenges, conducting root cause analysis and delivering solutions.
- Drive process automation and streamlining through digital solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Develop vendor performance management strategies to optimize service delivery and ensure compliance.
- Manage the intake and transformation of service requests, prioritizing and executing changes to enhance HR experience.
- Implement a metrics and reporting framework to provide actionable insights for data-driven decision-making.
- Participate in projects that optimize People Services delivery through automation and knowledge sharing.
- Provide leadership and strategic direction to the regional team, including oversight of the Philippines team.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in global mobility management and HR processes.
- Fluency in Japanese and Korean is a plus.
- Expertise in global mobility management, including work visas and relocation services.
- Strong IT acumen with proficiency in leveraging digital tools for HR processes.
- Project management proficiency with experience in leading complex projects.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Vendor management experience to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Change management experience to lead organizational change initiatives.
Minimum 5 years of experience in global mobility management and HR processes.
