1. Gather and formalize business requirements from Operations business users.
2. Present business requirements to IT and Data teams to deliver use cases.
3. Lead the completion of use cases, ensuring the final product aligns with business expectations.
4. Drive a data-driven mindset change within Operations.
5. Identify continuous improvement opportunities within Operations based on KPI monitoring.
6. Initiate and follow up with Operations business users to realize improvements.
7. Organize and animate the monthly executive dashboard review.
8. Support the maintenance of existing use cases.

1. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
2. Eligibility for the VIE program (European Economic Area citizens aged 18-28).

1. Strong analytical skills.
2. Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
3. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
4. Proficiency in data analysis and business intelligence tools.

At least 1 year of professional experience.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.

Monthly stipend provided, not taxed in France.
