Moët Hennessy On‑Trade Territory Sales Apprentice

- Conduct regular field visits to on‑trade accounts (bars, restaurants, CHD distributors, gastronomic operators) across the Lyon area and department 69 to develop commercial presence.
- Secure product listings and expand distribution of the portfolio within the assigned territory.
- Support market‑share growth through targeted prospecting and promotional activity.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients; prepare seasonal plans under the guidance of a tutor.
- Ensure optimal in‑store/on‑site merchandising and execution of promotional and animation programs.
- Implement assortment recommendations and local activation plans to maximise brand visibility.
- Collect and report market intelligence, monitor competitor activity and local dynamics.
- Contribute to the design and operational delivery of bespoke offers for peak commercial periods (e.g. year‑end festivities).
- Currently enrolled in the first or second year of a BTS Commerce, a Master’s programme or an equivalent vocational qualification (apprenticeship track).
- Possession of a valid Category B driving licence (mandatory).
- Strong local knowledge of the Lyon economic and gastronomic landscape is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated interest in gastronomy, hospitality and/or wines & spirits.
- Rigour, curiosity and a demonstrable eagerness to learn from experienced sales managers.
