Moët Hennessy On‑Premise Account Manager

- Act as the primary Moët Hennessy contact for assigned on‑premise accounts across Metro New York, owning relationships and account plans to deliver sales, distribution and visibility goals.
- Develop and sell tailored activations, education and consumer experiences aligned with brand guidelines and channel strategy.
- Coordinate with distributor partners and internal stakeholders (Channel Lead, Field Trade Marketing, Experiential Development) to execute programs, manage orders and ensure flawless fulfillment.
- Monitor account performance through visits and regular communication; gather competitive intelligence and report opportunities and risks to market leadership.
- Lead trade advocacy initiatives, drive upsell and bespoke programming, and ensure customer satisfaction through responsive, on‑call account support.
- Build longer‑term partnership plans and calendars of account programming to maximize ROI and growth in velocity and distribution.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant industry experience.
- Minimum 5 years of sales and marketing experience within the wine & spirits industry, with demonstrated on‑premise/account management success.
- Proven track record managing distributor relationships and executing on‑trade activations.

At least 5 years of professional experience in sales and marketing within wine and spirits, with demonstrated success managing on‑premise/on‑trade accounts, growing distribution and activating consumer programs.
