Moët Hennessy On-Trade Sector Manager

- Develop and enhance brand visibility and client portfolio within the designated region, adhering to commercial policies.
- Conduct regular prospecting activities to increase potential, revenue, and client base.
- Promote premium distribution and accelerate sales to enhance profitability across the sales sector.
- Negotiate and implement actions to improve brand desirability and visibility in line with strategic priorities.
- Analyze sector results and provide recommendations to enhance brand performance and activity.
- Ensure compliance with general sales conditions, manage client payments, and oversee financial transactions.
- Manage quotas and budgets, including expenses, samples, and POSM, within defined parameters.
- Identify and execute effective business strategies and monitor outcomes.
- Report market and competitor information to the Regional Director.
- Maintain detailed activity reports using Salesforce, including visits and records.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a commercial role, ideally within the CHR sector.
- Strong sales acumen with a dynamic and results-oriented approach.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM tools.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of wines and spirits is advantageous.
Minimum of 5 years in a commercial role, preferably within the CHR sector.
The position offers a company car, with a requirement for a valid driver's license (Permis B) and a minimum age of 21 years. The role includes occasional travel and overnight stays.
