- Design and execute compelling business plans and account strategies for designated on-trade accounts, exceeding channel targets.
- Maximize profitability, volume, visibility, and brand building across the portfolio.
- Define and implement a dynamic pricing strategy to reflect the premium quality of the brands.
- Forge strong relationships with key decision-makers within major customer organizations.
- Develop and implement customer-focused business plans that deliver exceptional value.
- Strategically allocate and evaluate trade A&P and FTT investments for maximum ROI.
- Grow the value share of the brand portfolio, focusing on elevating icon brands.
- Identify and champion new business and brand development opportunities.
- Utilize comprehensive competitor intelligence to seize market share.
- Lead the strategic utilization of sales tools to unlock portfolio potential.
- Transform the FTT process into a strategic lever for investment effectiveness.
- Champion the implementation of robust internal controls and operational directives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver brand growth in line with plans.
- Minimum 10 years of commercial experience in luxury wines and spirits.
- Strong knowledge of the wines and spirits sector in the UK.
- Previous experience in sales management.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Exceptional commercial acumen.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent relation-building capabilities and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of another international language is a plus.
A minimum of 10 years in commercial roles within the luxury wines and spirits industry, with a strong focus on the UK market.
