- Plan and execute activations and visibility programs to enhance brand development in key on-trade channels such as restaurants, nightclubs, hotels, and beach clubs.
- Manage channel budgets in alignment with project strategies, including A&P invoice follow-up.
- Coordinate with agencies to implement plans according to the established calendar.
- Monitor account segmentation with a focus on high-image accounts and flagship locations.
- Oversee point-of-sale material needs, ensuring regional distribution and local development.
- Provide monthly updates on activations and visibility calendars.
- Support the on-trade channel beyond annual plans to generate new business opportunities.
- Equip teams with essential tools to negotiate and enhance brand presence in key accounts.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in trade marketing or sales, preferably in the on-trade channel.
- Background in luxury preferred.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Proficient in PR and A&P management.
- Strong teamwork and leadership capabilities.
- Commercial skills including negotiation, client development, and sales conversion.
- Experience in managing and executing client engagement activities such as events.
- Solution-oriented with a goal-achieving mindset through collaboration.
- Understanding of P&L and budget management.
- Excellent professional presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to cultivate and maintain fruitful business relationships.
