Moët Hennessy On-Trade Account Manager

- Achieve or exceed distribution targets by brand and quality within the designated trade universe.
 - Surpass sales targets in both volume and value across On- and Off-Premise channels.
 - Develop new distribution opportunities to expand the reach of Moët Hennessy brands.
 - Gather and report market and consumer intelligence to supervisors.
 - Understand financial dynamics of the on-trade and recommend consumer pricing.
 - Prepare and agree on monthly and quarterly sales and distribution targets with supervisors.
 - Ensure Moët Hennessy brands are listed according to guidelines and enhance brand visibility using display materials.
 - Implement centrally developed marketing activations and special visibility projects.
 - Continuously enhance personal brand and product knowledge to effectively train trade staff and represent the brand to consumers.
 - Sell, execute, and oversee On- and Off-Premise promotional programs and events, tracking results and providing feedback.
 - Identify and recommend new promotional opportunities and assist in implementing CPS events.
 
- Master's or Bachelor's degree.
 - Fluent in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
 
- Thorough understanding of the On-Trade sector.
 - Proven account management experience.
 - Sales development expertise.
 - Analytical skills and strategic thinking.
 - Strong communication and negotiation skills.
 - Effective team player with collaborative spirit.
 - Creative and innovative mindset.
 
Minimum of 3 years in sales, preferably within the wines and spirits industries or luxury goods sector.
Master's or Bachelor's degree.
