- Develop and implement channel strategies and programming that align with brand, portfolio, and commercial priorities.
- Create and lead strategic requests for proposals (RFPs) and execution-ready brand concepts.
- Support the development of channel and concept playbooks for use by Moët Hennessy USA and distributor teams.
- Innovate rituals and tools in accordance with brand strategy and guidelines.
- Lead and report on customer programming-driven on-trade execution to key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Commercial, Brand, and Field Trade Marketing teams to apply defined strategies and programming.
- Work with the Center of Excellence team to incorporate consumer trends into activations and playbooks.
- Act as a liaison with Commercial and Distributor teams to drive on-trade programming and execution.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or relevant industry experience required.
- Strategic and creative thinking to develop channel brand strategy, programs, and activations.
- Deep understanding of customer needs, consumer insights, and brand strategy.
- Ability to deliver results and balance needs for both Brand Teams and Commercial Sales Team.
A minimum of 5 years in trade or channel marketing or creative marketing within the wines and spirits, consumer-packaged goods, or retail industries is required. Experience in the beverage alcohol & three-tier system is advantageous but not mandatory. Candidates should have experience in taking projects from concept through activation, with strong art direction, project management, and brand strategy experience.
Bachelor’s degree in business or relevant industry experience required.
Competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $137,000 annually.
