- Manage and support distributor sales teams to achieve brand priorities.
- Oversee and monitor sales and depletion goals within the assigned market to ensure targets are met.
- Sell Moët Hennessy brands/products, selecting relevant activations/programs/tactics for each account.
- Identify opportunities for bespoke programs, deeper brand education, and upsell, bringing in appropriate Moët Hennessy resources.
- Develop key account listings and track velocity/sales regularly.
- Act as a consultant to accounts on portfolio opportunities and growth via advice, education, programming, creative ideas, and analysis.
- Lead trade advocacy initiatives and maintain relationships with key accounts.
- Maintain on-call communication to ensure expectations are met in customer relationships.
- Work with distributor sales reps for pricing and fulfillment support.
- Ensure account needs for programs and activations are met and executed within Moët Hennessy brand guidelines.
- Build a key account plan through long-term account partnerships and ongoing programming.
- Inform the channel lead or market lead of opportunities, risks, and competitive intelligence.
- Participate in Market/Maison visitors, blitzes, and distributor education.
- Effectively manage assigned budgets: T&E and A&P.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant industry experience required.
- 5+ years of professional experience in sales and marketing within the wine and spirits industry.
- Strong relationship-building and customer-centric solution delivery.
- Robust sales background with a self-starter and competitive attitude.
- Extensive understanding of consumer expectations within the geography.
- Ability to apply knowledge of key business issues to effective sales pitches and strategy setting.
- Well-developed experience analyzing ROI and budget management.
- Highly effective influencing and partnering skills, strong knowledge of sales techniques.
- Refined communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent analytical ability; effectively interprets and applies syndicated data insights.
- Ability to work with all levels of the organization.
- Flexible mindset and ability to manage change in direction.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in sales and marketing within the wine and spirits industry.
Bachelor’s degree or relevant industry experience required.
