- Conduct store visits across key grocery retailers to audit promotional execution, pricing, competitor activity and in‑store media presence, feeding insights into commercial decision‑making.
- Support planning, tracking and communication of promotional activity across grocery customers, maintaining promotion planners and internal trackers and uploading information to customer portals where required.
- Maintain digital product assets and the Grocery resource library (product images, artwork PDFs and product data) and liaise with Brand Bank to ensure accurate e‑retail presence.
- Track and verify invoices and promotional investment, cross‑check activity against Joint Business Plans and assist with internal commercial forms and approvals.
- Support weekly EPOS tracking and sales analysis, prepare internal sales commentary and compile summaries of marketing and activation activity for the grocery channel.
- Coordinate with Customer Services and Supply Chain to review and approve customer orders, align forecasting with promotional activity and monitor stock availability.
- Assist with organisation of customer events, tastings and training sessions, including coordination of samples, POS materials and free goods requests.
- Demonstrable interest in luxury wines and spirits and the grocery retail channel.
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret EPOS and promotional performance data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Excellent planning, organisational and time‑management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication with relationship‑building aptitude.
- Proactive, autonomous worker with adaptability in a fast‑paced commercial environment and a solutions‑orientated mindset.

Beginner level: suitable for a recent graduate or current undergraduate with exposure to commercial, retail or marketing environments; prior sector experience is beneficial but not required.
Undergraduate degree in business, marketing, hospitality, retail management or a related discipline, or current enrollment in a relevant degree programme.
