- Optimize sales and resale of products.
- Prospect Off-Trade accounts within the sector.
- Ensure product range is referenced in all stores and expand presence through additional listings.
- Enhance product visibility and accessibility in each store.
- Amplify national merchandising plans to highlight the unique and premium nature of brands.
- Effectively utilize trade marketing tools in-store to create optimal customer experiences.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns that align with the high-end brand image and boost sales.
- Negotiate with store managers for optimal product placement.
- Acquire in-depth product knowledge to educate stakeholders.
- Provide product training and support to enhance stakeholder expertise.
- Monitor trends and competition, recommending additional business opportunities and continuous improvement strategies.
- Ensure compliance with general sales conditions.
- Successful experience as a Sales Representative, ideally in the Wines and Spirits sector or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to analyze commercial performance and monitor key indicators.
- Strong knowledge of the market, customer expectations, and premium products.
- Proficient in sales, merchandising, and customer advisory.
- Capability to plan and deploy effective promotional actions.
- Excellence in client relations and building long-term partnerships.
- Strong communication skills for sales and training purposes.
- Mastery of marketing fundamentals and sales techniques.
- Teamwork and collaboration with support services.
- Strong persuasive skills for prospecting and direct sales.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a commercial role, preferably within the Wines and Spirits industry.
Company car provided. The role requires a valid driver's license and the candidate must be at least 21 years old.
