Moët Hennessy Off Trade Sales Manager

- Manage commercial relationships with clients including supermarkets, wine merchants, and cash & carry outlets within the designated portfolio.
- Analyze key performance indicators to assess achievement levels and implement action plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ensure optimal implementation of trade marketing resources and optimize product sales and resale.
- Prospect Off-Trade accounts within the sector.
- Ensure the negotiated product range is listed in all stores and enhance presence through additional listings.
- Collaborate with clients to improve product visibility and accessibility in stores.
- Amplify national merchandising plans to highlight the unique and premium nature of the brands.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns aligned with the high-end brand image and sales stimulation.
- Negotiate with store managers for prime placement to maximize exposure.
- Acquire in-depth product knowledge to educate stakeholders and provide product training and support.
- Monitor trends and competition, recommend additional business opportunities, and suggest continuous improvement in operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with general sales conditions.
- Successful experience in sales, preferably in the wines and spirits sector or equivalent.
- Ability to analyze commercial performance and monitor key indicators.
- Strong understanding of the market, client expectations, and premium products.
- Innate salesmanship with a keen sense of merchandising and customer advice.
- Capability to plan and deploy effective promotional actions aligned with field objectives.
- Excellence in client relations, partnership building, and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- Proficiency in communication for sales, training, and knowledge transfer.
- Mastery of marketing and sales techniques, adaptable to the sector.
- Teamwork and effective collaboration with support services (marketing, logistics, finance).
- Strong persuasive skills essential for successful prospecting and direct sales.
Minimum of 3 years in a similar role, ideally within the wines and spirits industry.
Company car provided. Must possess a valid driver's license and be at least 21 years old.
