Moët Hennessy Off Trade Sales Manager

- Manage commercial relationships with clients including supermarkets, wine merchants, and cash & carry outlets.
- Analyze key performance indicators to assess achievement levels.
- Develop and implement action plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ensure optimal implementation of trade marketing resources.
- Optimize sales and resale of products.
- Prospect new Off-Trade accounts within the designated sector.
- Ensure product range is listed in all stores and expand presence through additional listings.
- Enhance product visibility and accessibility in collaboration with clients.
- Amplify national merchandising plans to highlight the unique and premium nature of brands.
- Plan and execute high-end promotional campaigns to stimulate sales.
- Collaborate with regional directors and headquarters to align national promotional initiatives with local execution.
- Negotiate with store managers for optimal product placement.
- Acquire in-depth product knowledge to educate stakeholders.
- Provide product training and support to enhance stakeholders' skills.
- Monitor market trends and competition.
- Recommend additional business opportunities and continuous improvement strategies.
- Ensure compliance with general sales conditions.
- Successful experience in sales, ideally within the wines and spirits sector or equivalent.
- Strong market knowledge and understanding of premium products and client expectations.
- Ability to analyze commercial performance and monitor key indicators.
- Sales acumen with a strong sense of merchandising and customer advisory.
- Capability to plan and execute effective promotional actions aligned with field objectives.
- Excellence in client relationships and building sustainable partnerships.
- Proficiency in public speaking for sales and training purposes.
- Foundational marketing and sales technique knowledge, adaptable to the sector.
- Teamwork and effective collaboration with support services (marketing, logistics, finance).
- Strong persuasive skills essential for prospecting and direct sales.
Minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the wines and spirits industry.
Includes a company car and the requirement of a valid driver's license (B) and being over 21 years old.
