1. Manage commercial relationships with clients including supermarkets, wine merchants, and cash & carry outlets.
2. Analyze key performance indicators to assess achievement levels.
3. Develop and implement action plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
4. Ensure optimal implementation of trade marketing resources.
5. Optimize sales and resale of products.
6. Prospect new Off-Trade accounts within the designated sector.
7. Ensure product range is listed in all stores and expand presence through additional listings.
8. Enhance product visibility and accessibility in collaboration with clients.
9. Amplify national merchandising plans to highlight the unique and premium nature of brands.
10. Plan and execute high-end promotional campaigns to stimulate sales.
11. Collaborate with regional directors and headquarters to align national promotional initiatives with local execution.
12. Negotiate with store managers for optimal product placement.
13. Acquire in-depth product knowledge to educate stakeholders.
14. Provide product training and support to enhance stakeholders' skills.
15. Monitor market trends and competition.
16. Recommend additional business opportunities and continuous improvement strategies.
17. Ensure compliance with general sales conditions.

1. Successful experience in sales, ideally within the wines and spirits sector or equivalent.

2. Ability to analyze commercial performance and monitor key indicators.
3. Sales acumen with a strong sense of merchandising and customer advisory.
4. Capability to plan and execute effective promotional actions aligned with field objectives.

6. Proficiency in public speaking for sales and training purposes.
7. Foundational marketing and sales technique knowledge, adaptable to the sector.
8. Teamwork and effective collaboration with support services (marketing, logistics, finance).
9. Strong persuasive skills essential for prospecting and direct sales.

Minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the wines and spirits industry.

Includes a company car and the requirement of a valid driver's license (B) and being over 21 years old.
