Moët Hennessy Off-Trade Marketing Intern

- Collaborate with the Off-Trade Activation Manager to plan, deliver, and review key activations across grocery, specialist, fine wine merchants, and cash & carry channels.
- Ensure execution of Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with grocery account managers and manage field merchandising agencies for strong activation execution.
- Develop creative toolkits and support brand visibility initiatives for specialist channels and fine wine merchants.
- Support planning and implementation of activations in the cash & carry channel, ensuring timely execution.
- Lead briefs and manage third-party agencies for activation delivery, ensuring brand team collaboration and sign-off.
- Integrate trade marketing plans into customer negotiations to enhance brand visibility and secure optimal placements.
- Engage in merchandising campaigns during key seasonal moments and conduct quarterly activation reviews and analysis.
- Develop strong relationships with off-trade sales teams and cross-functional business support teams.
- Manage multiple agencies and develop plans with media owners/planners across channels.
- Populate internal reporting tools, conduct post-activation analysis, and share insights with sales and marketing teams.
- Experience in brand, sales, or trade marketing roles.
- Knowledge of the off-trade channel, including grocery, specialists, fine wine merchants, and cash & carry.
- Understanding of Moët Hennessy brands and the luxury market.
- Strong organizational, time, and project management skills.
- Creativity and ability to develop innovative ideas.
- Experience in agency and supplier management.
- Excellent networking and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and solutions-driven approach.
Beginner level experience in brand, sales, or trade marketing roles.
