Moët Hennessy Off-Trade Area Manager

- Manage commercial relationships with clients including GMS, local stores, and wine cellars within the designated portfolio.
- Analyze key performance indicators to assess achievement levels and implement action plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Ensure optimal implementation of trade marketing resources for resale and optimize sales and resale of products.
- Prospect Off-Trade accounts in the designated area.
- Ensure the negotiated MH France product range is referenced in all stores and enhance presence through additional listings.
- Collaborate with clients to improve product visibility and accessibility in each store.
- Amplify national merchandising plans, highlighting the unique and premium nature of the brands.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns aligned with the high-end image, particularly through flagship stores, to stimulate sales.
- Negotiate with managers or department heads to secure locations that maximize exposure.
- Acquire in-depth product knowledge to educate stakeholders and provide product training and support as needed.
- Monitor market trends and competition, recommending additional business opportunities and continuous improvement in operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with general sales conditions.
- Successful experience as a Sales Representative, ideally in the wine and spirits sector or equivalent.
- Ability to analyze commercial performance and track key indicators with precision.
- Strong understanding of the market, client expectations, and premium products.
- Innate salesmanship with a strong sense of merchandising and customer advice.
- Capability to plan and deploy effective promotional actions aligned with field objectives.
- Excellence in client relations, building lasting partnerships, and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- Comfortable in public speaking for sales, training, or knowledge transfer.
- Proficiency in marketing fundamentals and sales techniques, adaptable to the sector.
- Teamwork and effective collaboration with support services (marketing, logistics, finance).
- Strong persuasive ability essential for successful prospecting and direct sales.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.
Company car provided. Must possess a valid driving license (Category B) and be over 21 years of age.
