1. Implement and execute sales action plans to achieve sales volume and revenue objectives.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with assigned outlets, consolidating market trends and client feedback.
3. Mentor junior team members and participate in cross-functional projects.
4. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
5. Expand distribution of core and strategic brands to suitable outlets.
6. Maintain accurate sales supporter database and evaluate consumer activation results.
7. Ensure maximum brand visibility and correct merchandising at outlets.
8. Collect and analyze consumer insights and monitor competitor activities.
9. Execute consumer activations and gather feedback for improvement.
10. Collaborate with customer marketing team to enhance activation effectiveness.

1. College degree or higher, preferably in Business Management.
2. 5-7 years of sales experience in multinational companies, preferably in FMCG.
3. Solid experience in sales functions.

1. Good commercial sense and understanding of large brand business.
2. Familiarity with local alcohol-related regulations.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
4. Proactive, energetic, and enthusiastic disposition.

A minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience in multinational companies, with a preference for experience in FMCG.

College degree or higher, preferably in Business Management.
