- Implement and execute sales action plans to achieve sales volume and revenue objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with assigned outlets, consolidating market trends and client feedback.
- Mentor junior team members and participate in cross-functional projects.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Expand distribution of core and strategic brands to suitable outlets.
- Maintain accurate sales supporter database and evaluate consumer activation results.
- Ensure maximum brand visibility and correct merchandising at outlets.
- Collect and analyze consumer insights and monitor competitor activities.
- Execute consumer activations and gather feedback for improvement.
- Collaborate with customer marketing team to enhance activation effectiveness.
- College degree or higher, preferably in Business Management.
- 5-7 years of sales experience in multinational companies, preferably in FMCG.
- Solid experience in sales functions.
- Good commercial sense and understanding of large brand business.
- Familiarity with local alcohol-related regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, energetic, and enthusiastic disposition.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience in multinational companies, with a preference for experience in FMCG.
College degree or higher, preferably in Business Management.
